For the second time we faced the prospect of planning a garden from scratch.

Our last one took over 20 years to complete!  This time we have used Katrina to draw inspiration from.  She provided us with three plans – all had good features and made the most of the available space – the design we chose ticked all the boxes.

We are really thrilled with our transformed garden that Katrina designed for us last year. Katrina took a lot of time talking to us about our requirements and discussing options.

Katrina supervised the overall project and she was actively involved with the planting as well as ourselves. The hard landscaping was carried out by her recommended team – they were brilliant – very hard working and a pleasure to have around.

We are pleased with the garden pond design Katrina created for us. We started out with just a basic idea for a pond. Katrina then spent hours taking to us to find out what we liked and dislike. Katrina came up with such great ideas ( such as shape, landscape, planting, adjustments to our summerhouse to work with the pond).

Our rear garden needed more colour but we are south facing and surrounded by tall trees which makes the garden dry and shaded.  Katrina supplied and planted appropriate plants and re-dfined two areas to give more interest. The soil quality had bcome poor so a top dressing was put over all borders.

We look forward to next season and the new plants and shrubs coming into life, in the meantime we enjoy the easily maintained areas with slate and potted plants. Katrina and her team worked quickly and with leaving a mess. Sue Stoppard – Dec 2014

I have been struggling to get any plants to survive and the garden had no colour in it, as only green bushes tended to like the soil.
